“An 18-member selection committee cast their votes for six regular-season PWHL awards, including Goaltender of the Year, during the gap between the regular season’s end and the playoffs’ beginning,” the league wrote in a statement.

The winner will be announced in June.

Kristen Campbell – Toronto

The Toronto netminder got off to a slow start, but she would up leading the league with 16 wins, seven more than the No. 2 goalie in that category, Ottawa’s Emerance Maschmeyer.

She also led the league in shutouts with three, and finished with a .927 SV% and 1.99 GAA.

Aerin Frankel – Boston

The Boston netminder played in 18 of her team’s 24 games, posting an 8-6-2 record with a .929 SV% and a goals-against-average of two.

Her strong play towards the end of the season clinched a playoff spot for Boston, and has helped the team reach the PWHL Finals against Minnesota.

Corinne Schroeder – New York

Recording a shutout in the very first game in PWHL history against Toronto on Jan. 1, she would go one to finish the season with the second-best save percentage at .930, as well as a 2.40 GAA. She made at least 30 saves in nine of her 15 stars, including two 39-save performances on Jan. 14 and Feb. 4.

Despite New York being one of two teams to miss the playoffs, there’s no doubt that she carved her name among the sport’s best goaltenders.
