Necas (illness) is on the ice for warmups and is expected to play in Nashville on Tuesday.

Necas has been outstanding in his first full season with Colorado. The 27-year-old forward had a career-high 83 points (27G / 56A) in 79 games last season and is pacing to shatter those totals in 2025-26, with 39 points (14G / 25A) in 29 games, a 110-point pace in 82 games.

Saros will start against the Avalanche on Tuesday.

The Predators will hand Saros his 23rd start of the season when they host the league leaders on Tuesday. Saros saw a personal three-game winning streak come to a screeching halt in his last start, when he was tagged for six goals on 38 shots in a 6-3 loss in Carolina on Saturday. Nashville's franchise netminder owns a 9-10-3 record and has allowed a league-high 64 goals on the season. Saros will have his work cut out for him again on Tuesday as the Predators enter action at +175 on the money line.

The Sabres will hand Ellis his eighth start of the season when they travel to Edmonton for the tail-end of their back-to-back on Tuesday. Ellis' last appearance came in a 5-2 loss in Philadelphia last Wednesday, when he allowed five goals on 35 shots. The 25-year-old netminder owns a 4-3-0 record and .892 SV% on the season. He'll have his hands full on Tuesday, as the Sabres enter action at +185 on the money line.

Comrie will start against the Stars on Tuesday.

The Jets have fallen down the standings since the absence of Connor Hellebuyck (knee), going 3-5-1 in nine games, relying almost exclusively on Eric Comrie. Understandably, the 30-year-old Comrie has been unable to fill the void of the three-time Vezina-winning goalie, but he has still posted less-than-ideal results. Comrie has a 2.90 GAA and .892 SV% in eight games (2-5-1) since Hellebucyk's injury. The Jets enter Tuesday's contest as +115 home underdogs against one of the hottest teams in the NHL, the Dallas Stars, who are 13-1-2 in their last 16 games.

Pastrnak (undisclosed) is on the ice for warmups and is expected to return to the Bruins lineup on Tuesday.

Pastrnak has been incredibly resilient for the Bruins, playing all 82 games in the previous three seasons, and will now return to the lineup after missing five games due to an undisclosed injury. The 29-year-old elite Czech forward has 29 points (11G / 18A) in 25 games, factoring in on 37 percent of Boston's goals before his injury.
