<p>There was only one trade completed on the March 18 PWHL Trade Deadline, but it was a big one.</p>



<p>According to <em>The Hockey News’</em> <a href="https://twitter.com/IanKennedyCK/status/1769833571974348891">Ian Kennedy</a>, Montreal traded forward Tereza Vanisova to Ottawa in exchange for defender Amanda. </p>

<p>Nearly 20 minutes after the 4 p.m. EST deadline passed, Kennedy shared on social media that a trade between the two clubs was in the works involving Montreal and Ottawa. He reported that it looked like the deal had gotten done before 4 p.m. </p>

<p>It wasn’t until 5:09 p.m. EST that Kennedy confirmed that Vanisova and Boulier would be swapped.</p>



<p>This season, Vanisova had two goals and eight assists for 10 points in 17 games with Montreal. Her 10 points put her tied for fourth in team scoring. </p>



<p>Montreal is 10-5-3 through 18 games, third in league standings. The club was briefly first for a few weeks in February before losing three straight, including a 2-1 loss to Toronto in Pittsburgh last Sunday. </p>



<p>Montreal’s next game before the international break is this Sunday on the road as they face Minnesota. </p>



<p>Meanwhile, Boulier has one goal and five assists for six points in 17 games with Ottawa this season. </p>
