Frank and Jason are back with a fresh edition of The DFO Rundown as they decided to sink their teeth into the potential shopping lists for the true contenders in both the Eastern and Western Conferences.



They started with a handful of teams who could be in the mix for some help at the forward position before getting to the best team in the NHL: the Washington Capitals. The Caps have been one of the best stories in the league this season, but will they go all-in at the deadline? The guys debated that.



 From there, they touched on some potential fits for teams like the Toronto Maple Leafs and Dallas Stars, whose top needs are pretty clear-cut, according to Frank.



Tyler then popped in for a new edition of Buy or Sell, where he asked the guys about the potential fire sale in Pittsburgh, which prompted Frank to make quite the wager with the guys.
