Jason and Frank are back with another playoff edition of The DFO Rundown as we saw a handful of series come to a close over the last few days.&nbsp;



To kick things off today, they dug into the Battle of Florida, which was dominated by the Panthers. Frank wondered why so many people didn’t want to believe in the defending Stanley Cup Champions and also talked a little bit about Jon Cooper’s future in Tampa Bay. Could he potentially walk away and look to become a General Manager somewhere else?



From there, they went to the Capitals vs Canadiens series, which also ended in five games. The Habs put up a good fight but it just wasn’t enough as the Caps put them away. Does Washington have the horses to turn this series win into a deep playoff run?<div class="injected-ad injected-video" data-nn-ad-tech-injection-count="0" data-nn-ad-tech-max-gap="130" data-nn-ad-tech-current-gap="139"></div>



The Carolina Hurricanes also punched their ticket to the next round, which put Head Coach Rod Brind’Amour into a pretty exclusive class with his seventh straight first-round win. Can the Canes finally find success later in the playoffs?



They also hit on what the Devils need to do this summer to take the next step before Tyler Yaremchuk popped on for a new edition of Buy or Sell. He asked the boys about the chances of a big trade in Montreal, the best landing spots for Rick Tocchet, and which teams have the best and worst chances of coming back from their 3-2 series deficits.
