Henrique will make his Ducks debut on Friday.

After being acquired from the Devils on Thursday, Henrique will draw right into the Ducks lineup tonight. The Ducks did not do line rushes at their morning skate so there is no word who he will play with in his debut. Head coach Randy Carlyle did add that Henrique will see some power play time but wasn’t sure if he’ll use him on the penalty kill right away.

The Ducks have acquired Adam Henrique, Joseph Blandisi and a 2018 3rd round pick from the Devils for Sami Vatanen and a conditional draft pick.

The Ducks are extremely thin at centre with Ryan Getzlaf and Ryan Kesler both sidelined with injuries, so adding Henrique will help them down the middle immediately. Henrique is two years removed from 30 goals and 20 assists (50 points) and has registered four goals and 10 assists (14 points) in 24 games this season. He was averaging 18:15 TOI/GM with the Devils and could see even more playing time in Anaheim while Getzlaf and Kesler are out. He is an interesting waiver add as he should see top line minutes alongside Corey Perry and should see plenty of PP time as well.

Henrique (lower-body) will be back in the Devils lineup on Tuesday.

Henrique has missed the last two games with a lower-body injury, but will be back in the lineup tonight in Buffalo. Henrique has 13 goals and 10 assists (23 points) in 28 games and should be activated in all formats tonight vs. the Sabres.

Henrique (upper-body) did not practice Monday but will travel with the team on their two-game road trip.

Henrique missed Saturday’s game after suffering an upper-body injury on Friday. He didn’t skate this morning, but that won’t stop him from traveling to Pittsburgh on Tuesday. That is a positive sign that the injury is minor, but there is still no word on when he will return to the lineup.

Henrique (upper-body) will not play on Saturday.

Henrique suffered the upper-body injury on Friday vs. the Red Wings. He will be replaced by Damien Brunner in the lineup tonight vs. the Isles. He has recorded two goals and three assists in his last five games, so this is a tough loss for the Devils.

Devils general manager Lou Lamoriello said there would be no update today on center Adam Henrique, who was struck in the hand with the puck late in the second period of Tuesday’s 7-1 win over the St. Louis Blues.

“We’ve got the day off and we’ll know tomorrow morning,” Lamoriello said. Henrique recorded a goal in 10:50 before exiting the game and not returning. He has been heating up recently, he has seven goals and four assists (11 points) in his last 13 games.

Henrique (lower-body) is available for tonight's contest with the Canadiens.

Henrique left early and did not return after being injured in Monday's game in Montreal. Henrique who has had a slow start to the season, does have a three game point streak going right now (1G / 2A). He is available, but not officially in the lineup as of now.

Devils forward Adam Henrique joined the team’s growing list of injured players when he sat out the third period Monday with what the team is calling a lower-body injury.

Henrique appeared to hurt his leg when he became tangled with Canadiens defenseman Alexei Emelin and fell behind the Montreal net with 2:29 left in the first period. He tried to play through it in the second period, but could not.Henrique was unsure if he’ll be able to play in Wednesday night’s rematch with the Canadiens at Prudential Center. "We’ll see," Henrique said. "We’ll just kind of take it a day at a time here. We’ll see how I feel [today] and go from there."
