Price (lower-body) will undergo evaluation on Monday; expect an update on Tuesday.

Price has missed the last five games with a lower-body injury and on Monday he was sent to New York to undergo further evaluation. The Canadiens are expected to release a full update on Price’s status on Tuesday.

Price surrendered five goals on 28 shots in the Canadiens 5-1 loss to the Canucks on Tuesday. It was Price’s first loss of the season, snapping an impressive seven-game winning streak. Price comes into play on Thursday with a 7-1-0 record, 1.75 GAA and .945 SV%. He remains a must-start tonight vs. the Oilers.

Price made 49 saves on 52 shots in the Canadiens win over the Maple Leafs on Saturday. It was not a great performance from the Habs, but to no one’s surprise, Price was excellent once again. Price has started the season at 7-0-0 with a 1.29 GAA and .961 SV%. He has been sensational and he will look to lead Montreal to a 10-0-0 start.

Price stopped all 38 shots that he faced in the Canadiens shutout win over the Blues on Tuesday. It was Price’s sixth straight win and second shutout of the season. If there were any questions whether or not he could duplicate last season’s performance, he has answered them in the first six games of the season—Price is a must-start in all formats.

Price has started the season 5-0-0 with a 1.20 GAA and .957 SV% and his defence of his Vezina Trophy has started off fabulously. On Tuesday he will take on a Blues team who is third in the NHL in scoring with 3.50 goals per game.

Price stopped all 25 shots that he faced in the Canadiens shutout win over the Rangers on Thursday. Price has won all four of his starts while posting a 1.25 GAA, .957 SV% and one shutout. Tonight he will face a Red Wings team who is averaging the fourth most goals in the NHL (3.50 G/PG).

Price, to no one’s surprise has started the season 3-0 with a 1.67 GAA and .945 SV%…not a bad start in his attempt to win back-to-back Vezina Trophies. Price will be locked in an epic goalie battle tonight as he goes head-to-head with Henrik Lundqvist.

Price allowed two goals on 21 shots in the Canadiens win over the Bruins on Saturday. Price was given Sunday night off, but will be back between the pipes tonight vs. the Penguins. He has started the season 2-0 with a 1.50 GAA and .948 SV%. Despite the tough matchup, Price is someone you start regardless of his opponent.

Price stopped 36 of 37 shots that he faced in the Canadiens’ win over the Maple Leafs in their season opener. Price picked up where he left off in 2014-15 and will look to move to 2-0 tonight in Boston. Price dominated the Bruins last season, going 4-0-0 with a 1.50 GAA, .950 SV% and one shutout.

Price ran away with the Vezina Trophy last season and he has a good chance to get 2015-16 started on the right foot as he draws a great matchup vs. the Maple Leafs. Price dominated Toronto last season, going 4-0-0 with a 1.69 GAA and .935 SV%…and this Maple Leafs team is expected to be even worse.

Price allowed two goals on 35 shots in the Canadiens 2-1 double overtime loss to the Lightning in Game 1. Price is now 2-1-1 with a 2.71 GAA and .903 SV% at home in the playoffs. He will look to steal Game 2 tonight to send the series to Tampa Bay tied a 2-2.

It was a surprisingly bad performance for the Vezina Trophy favourite, who has posted a 2.31 GAA and .923 SV% in the first five games of the series. Price will look to close the deal tonight instead of having to go back to Montreal for Game 7.

The Habs come into Game 4 with a commanding 3-0 series lead and they are looking to punch their ticket into the second round. In the first three games of the series, Price has posted a 1.88 GAA and .939 SV%—pretty much what you would expect.

Price allowed two goals on 31 shots in the Canadiens 3-2 OT win over the Senators in Game 2. Price has stopped 64 of 69 shots (.928 SV%) in the first two games of the series. Tonight he will look to give the Canadiens a stranglehold on the series as it shifts to Ottawa.

Price had an outstanding season and has the Vezina Trophy on lockdown. He led the NHL in Wins (44), GAA (1.96) and SV% (.933)…It does not get much better than that. In two starts against the Senators this season, Price went 1-1-0 with a 3.02 GAA and .887 SV%.

Price allowed three goals on 27 shots in the Canadiens OT win over the Red Wings on Thursday. Price ranks 1st in the NHL in Wins (43), GAA (1.95), SV% (.934 SV%) and shutouts (9)…So yeah, everything. Just give him the Vezina now. This will be just his fourth start in 10 days, so he will start the season finale to keep him fresh for the playoffs.
