Given the great season that he is having in the AHL, the Senators could elect to have him make his NHL debut today.
OTTAWA - The Ottawa Senators announced today that the club has signed defenceman Chris Wideman to a two-year entry-level contract.
Wideman just finished his fourth season with Miami University (Ohio), scoring four goals and 24 points in 41 games.
