White missed the final five games before the All-Star break but said he’s almost 100 percent sure that he will play on Friday. The Senators went 2-3-0 without White, who has 11 goals and 15 assists (26 points) in 44 games this season.
White missed Friday’s game in Dallas with an undisclosed injury but will return to the Senators lineup on Monday. White has enjoyed a quality season, picking up seven goals and six assists (13 points) in 22 games. White will skate on the second line with Brady Tkachuk and Mark Stone.
White has yet to record a point in eight games with the Senators this season but with Bobby Ryan out for at least the next two games, White will move to the top line. The 2015 first round pick had eight goals and nine assists (17 points) in 32 games in Belleville (AHL) when he was called up.
With Bobby Ryan (hand) not in Toronto, White will play with Matt Duchene and Mike Hoffman on the Senators second line tonight. Filip Chlapik will likely take his spot on the fourth line.
White, 20, missed the start of the season after fracturing his wrist in the preseason. Upon returning to Belleville’s lineup, White collected 13 points (5G / 8A) in 27 games. Look for the 2015 No.21 overall pick to make his season debut on Saturday.
White missed the start of the season with a fractured wrist that he suffered in the preseason but it looks like he is ready to return to action, but that will happen in the AHL instead of the NHL. He will make his season debut on November 1st and will likely be brought back to the Senators at some point this season.
This doesn’t come as a surprise as White was given a 6-8 week timetable after fracturing his wrist in the preseason. With White out, Logan Brown will get a taste of the NHL.
White suffered the injury while blocking a shot during the Senators’ preseason game vs. Toronto on Monday. White will be sidelined until at least early-November and will likely start the 2017-18 season with Binghamton (AHL). The 20-year-old had three points (1G / 2A) in three AHL games after turning pro following his second year at Boston College. He was third in Boston College scoring with 33 points (16G / 17A) in 35 games.
The Senators’ first-round pick in 2015 (No.21 overall) was hurt during their preseason win over the Maple Leafs. The Senators have no released a statement on White’s injury, but the initial prognosis was not encouraging. White was expected to battle for a roster spot in training camp, but this injury will likely see the 20-year-old start the season in Binghamton (AHL).
White isn't fantasy relevant.
White gets back into the lineup for the first time since March 20th. The veteran has a goal and four points through 49 games.
Another unfortunate injury for the Sharks. White has a goal and three points in 37 games.
Sounds like White is healthy enough to play again. He has two assists in 24 games.
White last played on December 26th and is eligible to come off IR at any time. He has no fantasy hockey value.
Sounds like White could miss a game or two as he hasn't been skating since leaving last night's game.
