Wild have recalled Darcy Kuemper from Houston.
With B2B games next weekend Wild want two goalies and Matt Hackett hasn't played in awhile. Darcy Kuemper was recalled to take his place and will likely get a start on either Friday or Saturday of next week.

Kuemper won his last start but that was way back on February 17. He has a solid 2.02 GAA and .934 SV% in his two starts. He has a tough matchup tonight vs a good Ducks team.

Kuemper is 10-6-0 with a 1.79 GAA and .938 SV% in the AHL this season, but the Canucks are not an easy team to make your NHL debut against.

The Minnesota Wild has recalled goaltender Darcy Kuemper from the ECHL’s Ontario Reign. He will join the team today in Los Angeles as the Wild faces the Kings and will travel with the team tomorrow to Anaheim.
Kuemper is not expected to start any games giving him no fantasy hockey value.

It will be announced this afternoon that the Minnesota Wild has signed goaltending prospect Darcy Kuemper to a three-year entry level deal. Kuemper, who posted eye-popping numbers with the Red Deer Rebels of the Western Hockey League last season, was named the WHL Goaltender and Player of the Year.
