Kampf left Wednesday's game after getting hurt on his first shift on a hit from Rasmus Kupari. Kampf was able to participate in Thursday's practice but remains a game-time decision on Friday.
Kampf has missed the last 12 games with a right foot injury but will play tonight vs. the Sabres. Kampf, who has three goals and 13 assists (16 points) in 50 games this season, will centre the fourth line with Chris Kunitz and Marcus Kruger.
