Lack allowed two goals on 34 shots in a 3-2 shootout win over the Jets on Wednesday. After a disastrous outing in Vancouver on Monday, Lack bounced back nicely vs. Winnipeg. He will make his ninth straight start tonight, he has won three of the last eight with a 2.44 GAA and .906 SV%.

Vancouver surrendered seven goals in the third period to a team who had lost eight of their last 11 prior to Monday. Lack has won one of four starts while posting a 2.59 GAA and .869 SV% since Roberto Luongo was traded.

Lack stopped 22 of 23 shots in a 2-1 win over the Flames on Saturday. However, the problem was the one goal he allowed was a 100-foot slapper from Brian McGrattan. After the embarrassing goal, Lack settled in and managed to squeak out a win despite the Canucks only having 14 shots. He draws another strong matchup tonight vs. the Isles.

Well, Luongo was scheduled to finally return to the Canucks crease tonight, but that won't be the case after he was shipped to Florida. Lack allowed three goals on 27 shots in a loss to the Senators in the Heritage Classic. He has gone 1-1-1 with a 1.31 GAA and .943 SV% with one shutout in his three previous starts.

Head coach John Tortorella will reward Lack with his third consecutive start over veteran Roberto Luongo despite Sunday being and the outdoor Heritage Classic.
