Allen made 27 saves on 28 shots after replacing Brian Elliott in St. Louis’ 6-5 overtime win in Chicago on Wednesday. Allen has staked his claim of the Blues’ No. 1 job, having gone 4-1-0 with a 1.25 GAA and .957 SV% in his last five outings. Tonight he draws a tough matchup in Nashville—Allen comes in 2-2-0 on the road this season.

Allen turned aside 29 of 31 shots in the Blues win over the Wild on Saturday. He has won three consecutive games while allowing just three goals on 80 shots (.963 SV%). He will start his fourth straight game tonight with the Los Angeles Kings in town on the back-end of a back-to-back set.

Allen allowed three goals on 34 shots in the Blues win in Vancouver on Friday. Allen has allowed a combined six goals on 53 shots (.887 SV%) in his first two starts of the season. Allen will be back in goal on Tuesday and he will be in tough as he goes head-to-head with Carey Price.

Allen allowed three goals on 19 shots in the Blues loss in Minnesota in his first start of the season. Brian Elliott started three of four games to start the season, but Allen will make his second start tonight in Vancouver. Allen was 10-3-3 with a 2.42 GAA and .917 SV% on the road in 2014-15.

It was a good enough outing for Ken Hitchcock to go back to Allen in game 2 this afternoon. Allen made 38 saves on 39 shots in the Blues win in Chicago on Sunday. Allen has been excellent recently, winning three in a row while posting a 1.33 GAA and .952 SV%. Tonight he takes on a Jets team who are fighting to keep their playoff hopes alive. Allen has gone 11-3-1 with a 2.29 GAA and .900 SV% in 16 appearances at home.

Allen allowed one goal on 18 shots in the Blues win over the Flames on Thursday. He has won his last two starts while stopping 41 of 44 shots (.932 SV%). In his first start against the Blackhawks, Allen allowed four goals on 33 shots in a 4-1 loss.

Allen gave up two goals on 26 shots in the Blues win in Pittsburgh on March 24th. Brian Elliott started the last two games, but Allen will go tonight vs. the Flames. In his first 12 starts and three relief appearances at home this season, Allen has gone 10-3-1 with a 2.38 GAA and .898 SV%.
