John Klingberg News
Klingberg (lower-body) is questionable for Tuesday's game vs. Philadelphia.

Klingberg left Saturday’s game with a lower-body injury, but the Stars are hopeful that he will be available for Tuesday’s game against the Flyers. Klingberg has an assist in four straight games and seven helpers in his last 10 games—however he is a minus-7 over that span as well.

Klingberg will skate on the Stars’ top-pair and top power-play unit.

After acquiring Jason Demers from the Sharks, the Stars have moved Klingberg up to the top-pair with Alex Goligoski. He will also man the point on the top PP unit. His NHL career has been off to a hot start, posting one goal and four assists in his first six games. He makes for a great add in standard leagues.

Klingberg scored his first NHL goal on Thursday.

Klingberg now has one goal and three assists in the first six games of his NHL career. He is playing nearly 24 minutes a night, including an average 1:37 on the power-play. He is a dynamic offensive defenseman, which allowed the Stars to trade Sergei Gonchar. He is worth a speculative add in standard leagues.
