Unsurprisingly, Saros is expected to start the Predators' season opener vs. the Sharks. Saros is coming off of a career-high 67 starts, going 38-25-3 with a 2.64 GAA and .918 SV%. Saros dominated the Sharks last season, going 3-0-0 with a 0.33 GAA, .986 SV% and two shutouts.

Saros suffered a lower-body injury on Tuesday and will miss at least the final two games of the regular season. Connor Ingram has been recalled and will serve as their No.2 behind David Rittich until Saros is back. His injury is an obvious concern, as his availability for the postseason is now in question.
