Domingue, 22, has registered an 8-4-1 record with a 2.40 GAA and a .922 SV% in 13 games with the Pirates this season. The 6-foot-3, 210-pound net minder has also collected a 1-1-0 record with a 1.01 GAA and a .958 SV% in two games with the Gwinnett Gladiators (ECHL). Domingue was originally drafted by the Coyotes in the fifth round (138th overall) in the 2010 Entry Draft.
Domingue could make Team Canada during this season's WJHC. Last season he posted a 2.65 GAA and .898 SV%, which is relatively decent in the QMJHL. Expect him to need at least two more seasons to develop.
