Johansson was listed as questionable for Game 4, after suffering an undisclosed injury in Monday’s practice. Johansson was in the morning skate and said that he will play tonight. Johansson has one goal and six shots on goal in the first three games of the series.
Johansson was nicked up in practice and left the session early. He is questionable for tomorrow, but the belief is that he will take part in warmups and be a game-time decision.
Johansson was skating with Nicklas Backstrom and Alex Ovechkin in the morning skate. That spot bas been a revolving door all season and Johansson looks like he will be the latest player to skate with Ovi and Backstrom. He has registered 29 points (13G / 16A) in 50 games this season.
Johansson left Friday's game after taking a Nicklas Backstom shot off of the wrist and did not return. He will miss the final game of the regular season and with the Capitals out of the playoffs, we won't see him until 2014-15. Peter LeBlanc has been recalled from Hershey with MJ90 out.
Sedin has been playing through a rib injury for much of the last month and was visibly in pain on the ice, prompting the Canucks to sit him out of their last two games before the break. It will be Johansson’s first Olympic appearance. is in his fourth NHL season and is steadily adding to his offensive totals again this year. In 58 games for the Capitals, Johansson has seven goals and 29 assists. His addition is the second injury replacement in a week that Sweden, favored to be medal contenders in Sochi, has needed to make for ailing veterans.
Johansson, 22, had six goals and 16 assists in 34 games last season. He had two points in seven Stanley Cup Playoff games. His best stretch of the season came in the second half, when he had 20 points in his last 22 games of the regular season. Much of that time was spent on Washington's top line alongside Alex Ovechkin and Nicklas Backstrom.

Johansson (upper-body) has been in-and-out of the Capitals lineup all season. He only has one goal and a minus--7 in nine games.
He was a healthy scratch in the Capitals last game vs. the Panthers so it is unknown how the injury happened but his day-to-day tag would indicate that the injury isn't serious. MJ90 has had a hard time staying in the Capitals lineup this year which has destroyed whatever fantasy value he had.
MJ90 isn't fantasy relevant until he gets back into the Capitals lineup and proves he can stay there.
Johansson has 0 points and is a -5 in 4 games this season, which could be the reason for the drop from the first line to healthy scratch in one week.
Johansson has a chance to have a good season. If Johansson can stick with Oveckin and Backstrom he could be a good addition to your fantasy team.

Sounds like Johansson is healthy enough to play tomorrow. The sophomore has already matched his point totals of his rookie season as he establishes himself as a solid secondary offensive weapon.
Johansson will not play today, replaced by Mathieu Perreault. Not sure if this scratch is injury related as he did take a maintenance day earlier in the year. The sophomore has 10 goals and 27 points through 45 games.
The substitute first liner appears to be OK following the third period collision. He has nine goals and 26 points through 43 games this year.
