Barrie played 19:03 with one assist, two shots and a plus-1 rating in Wednesday's game. With the injury to John Mitchell it allowed Patrick Roy to move his offensive defenseman up to the third line. Barrie has two goals and six assists in his last 12 games.
Barrie was recalled because Ryan Wilson (back) was placed on injured reserve, retroactive to November 6. Barrie had three points (all assists) in five games with Lake Erie after being sent down earlier this month.
