Reimer’s injury was suffered in practice earlier in the week, but it was not believed to be serious. Despite taking part in Friday’s practice, he was held off of the ice this morning and will not play tonight vs. the Capitals. Reimer was on the ice for about 25 minutes before heading to the dressing room following a brief discussion with the trainer. Reimer has been red-hot and if he were to miss time it would be devastating for the Leafs’ recent hot streak.
