Bishop allowed four goals on 33 shots in the Lightning’s loss in Nashville on Tuesday. Bishop has lost three of his last four starts while posting an .891 SV%. On Friday he takes on a Jets team who ranks sixth in the NHL in scoring—averaging 3.33 goals per game.

Bishop made 31 saves on 32 shots in the Lightning’s win over the Sabres on Saturday. The win snapped a two game losing straight for Bishop, who is 4-2-0 with a 2.35 GAA and .911 SV% to start the season. Those are strong numbers, but his numbers vs. the Predators are not—he is 0-2-0 with a 4.19 GAA and .850 SV% in two starts vs. Nashville.

Bishop allowed five goals on 22 shots in the Lightning’s loss to the Stars on Thursday. Despite the rough outing, he will draw his sixth consecutive start tonight vs. the Sabres. Bishop is 3-2-0 with a 2.62 GAA and .896 SV% so far this season, but is a must-start vs. a Buffalo team he has gone 7-0-1 against in his career.

Bishop allowed two goals on 23 shots in the Lightning’s 3-1 loss in Detroit on Tuesday. The loss snapped Bishop’s three-game winning streak to start 2015-16. Bishop has played well through four games, posting a 2.00 GAA and .922 SV%. He will make his fifth consecutive start tonight vs. a Stars team who has averaged 3.33 goals per game so far.

Bishop allowed three goals on 30 shots in the Lightning’s 6-3 win over the Bruins yesterday. Despite starting on Monday, Bishop is set to start both games of the back-to-back as he gets the nod tonight in Detroit. Bishop has started the season 3-0-0 with a 1.98 GAA and .925 SV%—he was 3-1-0 in the regular season against the Red Wings last year.

Bishop stopped 24 of 25 shots that he faced in the Lightning’s 4-1 win over the Sabres on Saturday. The win moved Bishop to 2-0 with a 1.48 GAA and .940 SV% to start the season. He has been excellent and should be able to get to 3-0 this afternoon as he takes on a Bruins team who is off to a rough start.

Bishop allowed two goals on 25 shots in the Lightning’s overtime win over the Flyers on Thursday. Bishop stopped two penalty shots, including one in the overtime frame to preserve the victory. It was a great start to the season for the Lightning netminder, who makes for a great start and DFS play this afternoon when he takes on the Sabres.

Bishop comes into 2015-16 after a career-year where he won 40 games with a 2.32 GAA and .916 SV%. Bishop also enjoyed a strong preseason where he won all three starts with a 1.60 GAA and .948 SV%. Despite those strong numbers, Bishop didn’t have an easy time against the Flyers, allowing six goals on just 39 shots.

Bishop made 43 saves on 44 shots in the Lightning’s 2-1 win in double overtime in Game 1. He has now won three straight games while posting a 0.89 GAA and 970 SV%. He sits 3-1-0 with a 1.59 GAA and .938 SV% in his first four starts on the road in the playoffs. With a win tonight, the Lightning will head back to Tampa Bay with a 2-0 series lead.

Bishop had an NHL playoff debut to forget. Despite the Lightning man-handling the Red Wings in game 1, Bishop surrendered three goals on 14 shots, including a leaky, shorthanded, game-winning goal to Luke Glendening. Bishop will look to be better this afternoon as the Lightning try to avoid going down 2-0 heading back to Detroit.
