Sharangovich was in threat to miss his first contest of the 2022-23 season but will be available after missing practice due to personal reasons. The 24-year-old has been enjoying a solid season with eight goals, six assists and 49 SOG through 26 GP.

Miromanov will likely serve as an extra defenseman in Pittsburgh, with Alex Pietrangelo sidelined due a personal matter. If Miromanov ends up playing, he will replace Ben Hutton in the lineup.
