He will face the New York Rangers, who just lost 2-1 to Montreal on Sunday but are eighth in the NHL in shots per game (32.9).

Sillinger's second NHL season has not been going as planned, as he has two goals, six points, 41 SOG across 30 GP and will return to the lineup after missing his first two games of the year due to an undisclosed injury. The 19-year-old entered the season with high hopes after putting up 31 points (16G/15A) in 79 GP in his rookie season last year.

Monahan hasn't played since Dec. 5th due to a lower-body injury but skated for the first time Wednesday and is nearing a return soon. The 28-year-old has six goals, 11 assists, 55 SOG and 16 PIMs in 25 games prior to the injury.

Christiansen has two assists, 19 SOG and is a -3 through 17 games with the Blue Jackets this season but will head to the press box as a healthy scratch with the return of Adam Boqvist (foot).
