Jordan Harris will draw back into the Canadiens' lineup Tuesday vs. Buffalo.

Harris was a healthy scratch for the Canadiens' last game but will draw back into the lineup Tuesday as they host Buffalo. The 22-year-old defender has a goal and five points through 17 games played this season while averaging close to 20 minutes (19:39) TOI.

Elvis Merzlikins is out Thursday and is considered day-to-day with an undisclosed injury.

Merzlikins left the Blue Jackets previous game halfway through due to an undisclosed injury and will not dress for their contest Thursday vs. Montreal. The 28-year-old was having a rough start to the season, posting a 2-5-0 record with a 4.74 GAA and .864 SV%.

Zach Werenski was placed on the injured reserve retroactive to 11/12.

This is a huge blow for the Blue Jackets, who also lost Nick Blankenburg long-term last week. Jake Bean replaced Werenski on the top power-play after he left the game and figures to be a key figure on their blueline moving forward. Werenski should make a full recovery and be back in time for next year's training camp.

Sean Kuraly will return to the Blue Jackets' lineup Tuesday (upper body).

Kuraly, suffered an upper-body injury on November 5 vs. Colorado leaving early after playing 8:09 TOI in the loss. In 12 games this season, the 29-year-old has two goals and four points with a -8 plus/minus rating and 14 SOG. He returns to the Blue Jackets' lineup Tuesday.

Merzlikins will start Tuesday vs. the Flyers.

Marzlinkins last started November 4th when he lost his fourth straight start allowing five goals on 35 shots (.857 SV%) to the Colorado Avalanche. He has had an atrocious season, posting a 2-5-0 record with a 4.82 GAA and .863 SV%. He faces off against the Philadelphia Flyers who have lost three straight games only scoring four goals across the three loses.
