Hyman (upper-body) is expected to return within one week.

Hyman missed the second half of last year's playoffs after enduring an upper-body injury and has yet to play in the 2025-26 season. At the beginning of training camp, Head Coach Kris Knoblach stated he is hopeful the 32-year-old can return in early November, a timeline that seems to be holding true, as Head Coach Knoblach stated on Friday. Hyman is just one season removed from a 54-goal campaign in 2023-24 and will hope to get off to a hot start when he is able to return.

Janmark (undisclosed) has a chance to return vs. Colorado on Saturday.

Janmark has battled an undisclosed injury since training camp and has yet to play this season, but could make his debut on Saturday against the Colorado Avalanche. The 32-year-old Swedish forward has been effective in a bottom-six role for the Oilers of the previous three seasons, scoring 55 points (16G / 39A) in 217 combined games.

The Oilers have given up two-goal leads in each of their last two games (0-1-1), and hope to return to the win column on Saturday with Skinner tending the twine against the Colorado Avalanche. Edmonton has struggled between the pipes this season, but has received more consistent goaltending from Skinner, who has a 2.54 GAA and .899 SV% in 10 games (4-3-3).

Regular has not played since suffering an undisclosed injury in Edmonton's second game of the season, but appears to be nearing a return after being activated from Injured Reserve on Tuesday. The 25-year-old Regula has zero points and is averaging 15:54 time-on-ice through two games this season.

The night after a disappointing 3-2 loss to the St. Louis Blues, the Oilers will turn to Skinner between the pipes against the Dallas Stars. The 27-year-old Skinner played well in his most recent outing, saving 27 of 29 shots (.931 SV%) in a 3-2 win over the Chicago Blackhawks. He has a 2.52 GAA and .900 SV% in nine games this season (4-3-2). This will be the first time Skinner has faced the Stars since posting a 2.01 GAA and .924 SV% in five games (4-1-0) against them in the Western Conference Finals. The Oilers enter Tuesday's contest as slight +107 road underdogs against a Stars team that has points in six straight games (3-0-3).

On the front end of a back-to-back, the Oilers will turn to Pickard on Monday against the St. Louis Blues.
