Devils center Adam Henrique, who required surgery last month to reattach a torn ulnar collateral ligament in his left thumb, got the cast off his hand this week and now will require three and a half to four weeks of rehab, general manager Lou Lamoriello said today.

Henrique will likely miss a week or two of the new shortened season

Henrique has been playing with the Albany (N.Y.) Devils during the lockout, and the American Hockey League club announced Wednesday that he will be sidelined four to six weeks because of thumb surgery.
