Vanecek is in the starter's crease a the Devils morning skate.

Vanecek saved 22 of 24 shots (.917 SV%) for his fifth win in seven starts as he beat Tampa Bay his last time between the pipes. The 27-year-old has been enjoying a great first season in New Jersey, as proven by his 29-8-3 record, 2.51 GAA and .909 SV%. He will take on the Minnesota Wild, who have won eight of their last 11 games and are 24th in the NHL in goals per game (2.9).

Vitek Vanecek
Evan Rodrigues is being evaluated for an upper-body injury and has no timetable for his return.

Rodrigues left Colorado's game vs. Chicago Monday after just 11:59 TOI due to an upper-body injury and is now being evaluated for that injury without a timetable for his return. The 29-year-old has consistently battled injuries this season but has 14 goals, 19 assists, 168 SOG, 28 PIMs, +2 plus/minus through 58 games played.

Evan Rodrigues
Bennett (undisclosed) is questionable to play Tuesday in Philadelphia.

Bennett left Monday's game in Detroit and did not return. Head coach Paul Maurice had no update on Bennett's status post-game, saying only that he would be reevaluated on Tuesday. Casey Fitzgerald will likely be a seventh defenseman if Bennett is unavailable in Philadelphia.

Bobrovsky will start Monday in Detroit.

Bobrovsky stopped 33 of 35 shots (.943 SV%) for his fifth win in six games as he beat New Jersey in his previous start. The 34-year-old has been steadily improving his numbers as of late, with his 23-17-3 record, 3.00 GAA and .904 SV%. He will face the Detroit Red Wings, who have lost nine of their last 11 games and are 22nd in the NHL in goals per game (2.93).

Sergei Bobrovsky
Bobrovsky will start Thursday vs. the Canadiens.

Bobrovsky allowed five goals on 27 shots (.815 SV%) to snap a three-game winning streak with a loss to Winnipeg his last time starting. The 34-year-old has had a below-average season by his standards, with his 21-7-3 record, 2.98 GAA and .904 SV%. He will take on the Montreal Canadiens, who snapped a seven-game losing streak after a 6-4 win over Pittsburgh last game.

Sergei Bobrovsky
Mack Guzda has been recalled from Charlotte (AHL).

Guzda has a 14-7-3 record, 2.85 GAA and .900 SV% with the Charlotte Checkers (AHL) and has been recalled Wednesday to Florida for the first time this season. He will act as a backup to Sergei Bobrovsky and is not expected to see game action during his call-up.

Dmitry Kulikov has been placed on the long-term injured reserve retroactively to March 12th (lower body).

Kulikov left the Penguins' previous game due to a lower-body injury after just 8:13 TOI and has not been placed on the long-term injured reserve as he is week-to-week with a lower-body injury. The 32-year-old was acquired at the trade deadline for Pittsburgh and has a goal, 13 assists, 82 SOG, 30 PIMs and a -11 plus/minus through 65 games this season. His earliest return date is April 6th.

Dmitry Kulikov
Kahkonen will start Tuesday vs. the Blue Jackets.

Kahkonen allowed four goals on 30 shots (.869 SV%) for his seventh-straight loss as he was taken down by the St. Louis Blues in his last start. The 26-year-old has had a nightmarish season, with his historically bad .879 SV%, 3.82 GAA and 8-16-5 record. He takes on the Columbus Blue Jackets, who have lost four straight after a 5-2 loss to St. Louis last game.

Kulikov is week-to-week with a lower-body injury.

Kulikov left the Penguins' previous game due to a lower-body injury after just 8:13 TOI and is now expected to be week-to-week as he recovers. The 32-year-old was acquired at the trade deadline for Pittsburgh and has a goal, 13 assists, 82 SOG, 30 PIMs and a -11 plus/minus through 65 games this season.

The 27-year-old has been very successful in his first season as a Devil, yet is still 20 wins off of Martin Brodeur's single-season Devils' win record as he has a 28-7-3 record, 2.48 GAA and .910 SV%. He will take on the Tampa Bay Lightning, who have lost seven of their last nine games after a 3-2 loss to Winnipeg last game.

Marek Alscher has signed a three-year, entry-level deal with the Florida Panthers.

Alscher has seven goals, 21 points, 63 PIMs and a -4 plus/minus through 54 games with the Portland Winterhawks (WHL) and has signed a three-year, entry-level deal with the Florida Panthers. The 18-year-old was a 2022 third-round pick (93rd overall) by the Panthers.
