Fleury starts for the Penguins.

Fleury allowed one goal on 24 shots in a 5-1 win over the Canadiens on Wednesday. It was a calm night for Fleury, until he and Peter Budaj attempted to drop the mits, however that was broken up almost immediately. Like most nights, he should makes for a strong start in Dallas tonight.

Fleury shockingly gave up five goals on 28 shots in a 5-1 blowout loss to the Panthers on Monday. The Penguins had four days off in between games, which likely had something to do with their poor play. Tonight Fleury faces a Habs team who have alternated win-loss in their last eight contests. Fleury stopped 26 of 29 shots in a 3-2 loss to Montreal on November 23.

Tarasenko is questionable tonight because of the flu.

The Blues are in Detroit tonight, but they may be without Tarasenko who is currently fighting the flu. Tarasenko hasn't scored in his last four games but has totalled 15 goals and 14 assists (29 points) in 47 games this season. Adam Cracknell will draw into the lineup if Tarasenko can't play.

Fleury allowed three goals on 28 shots in a win over the Capitals on Wednesday. It was his fifth straight win and his league leading 27th of the year. His GAA and SV% having been taking a hit lately (3.09 / .898 over the last nine starts) but in win-only leagues he is fantasy gold. There is a good chance he moves to 6-0-0 in January when he faces the Panthers tonight, plus the Penguins could get as many as four players returning to their lineup tonight.

Fleury allowed a ingle goal on 28 shots in the Penguins 2-1 win against the Flames on Saturday. He has now won four straight starts and continues to lead the NHL in wins, he has 26. In his only start vs. the Capitals this season, he stopped all 18 shots that he faced to shut the Caps out in a 4-0 victory.

Despite allowing five goals on 34 shots, Fleury came away victorious against the Jets on Saturday. Fleury continues to pace the NHL with 24 wins in 36 appearances. He will face the Canucks for the second time this season. In the first meeting he allowed three goals on 39 shots in a 4-3 shootout win.

Fleury stopped 33 of 35 shots in a dominant 5-2 win over the Rangers on Friday. It was his league leading 23rd win of the season and he will look for number-24 today vs. the Jets. Fleury has been excellent at home going 15-2-0 with a 1.73 GAA and .941 SV%. He is a must-start today, unless you have the goalie stats locked up.

Spurgeon (lower-body) will be out for a couple of weeks.

The Wild has sustained a significant loss in its lineup for at least the next fews weeks as Spurgeon, who has played alongside Ryan Suter the past two games and was plus-3 in 27 minutes against Buffalo on Thursday, will be sidelined with a lower-body injury. He has been placed on injured reserve. Jonas Brodin will move back to the right side with Suter and Nate Prosser will move to the second pair with Marco Scandella.

Fleury gave up two goals on 30 shots in a 2-1 loss to the Devils on Tuesday. Fleury has cooled-off recently allowing 16 goals in his last five starts, but still posted a 3-2-0 record. Tonight he will face a Rangers team he is 1-1-0 with a 3.84 GAA and .860 SV% against this season.

Fleury allowed three goals on 34 shots in a win over the Hurricanes on Friday. He was given Sunday night off, but will be back in the cage this afternoon. Fluery will face a Devils team who he is already 2-1-0 with a 1.67 GAA and .943 SV% against this season.

Fleury allowed five goals on 29 shots in a 5-0 blowout loss to the Senators on Monday. The loss snapped a five game winning streak for the Penguins netminder. Tonight Fleury will see the Hurricanes in Carolina for the third time this season. In the first two games he is 2-0-0 with a 1.50 GAA and .945 SV%.
