Tarasenko will miss at least four weeks with a hand injury.

Tarasenko suffered a hand injury early in Saturday's game vs. the Wild and will be re-evaluated in one month. In addition to Tarasenko's injury, the Blues also lost Ryan O'Reilly for six weeks due to a broken foot. Jake Neighbours was recalled from the AHL to help replace Tarasenko on the wing.

Marcus Foligno has been placed on the injured reserve (lower body).

With Mason Shaw suspended for Tuesday's game and Foligno out with a lower-body injury, the Wild recalled Sammy Walker and Adam Beckman from Iowa (AHL) and both should play against the Jets. Foligno will miss at least the Wild's next few games as he recovers.

Filip Gustavsson will start Wednesday vs. the Detroit Red Wings.

Gustavsson stopped all 35 Vancouver Canuck shots for the first shutout of his three-year career in his last start Saturday. The Wilds' backup netminder has been sensational in his first season in Minnesota, with a 5-4-1 record, his .920 SV% and 2.47 GAA. He takes on the Detroit Red Wings, who have lost three straight and are 23rd in the NHL in goals per game (2.96).

Jonas Brodin will be back in the Wild lineup Friday vs. Edmonton (lower body).

Brodin has not played since Nov.27th due to a lower-body injury but will be back in the Wilds' lineup Friday on a pair with Matt Dumba. The 29-year-old has four assists, 29 SOG and 12 PIMs in 19 games prior to the injury.
