Allen stopped 25 of 26 shots in the Blues 2-0 loss to the Kings on Monday. Allen has had his fair share of struggles so far this season, but has allowed just three goals on 78 shots (.962 SV%) in his last three starts. Allen’s play is improving, but he has a terrible matchup tonight in Nashville.

Hischier has missed the last four games with what he said was a hand injury on Tuesday. Hischier will likely be re-united with Taylor Hall on the Devils top-line vs. Montreal on Wednesday. He has 12 points (3G / 9A) in 15 games so far this season.

Markstrom allowed three goals on 31 shots in the Canucks loss to the Canadiens on Saturday. Markstrom’s losing streak has hit four games, allowing a combined 13 goals on 129 shots (.899 SV%). He has a terrible matchup with the Jets in town, but is 5-2-0 in seven starts at Rogers Arena.

Allen stopped 32 of 33 shots in the Blues win in Vegas last Friday. Allen has had some struggles this season, but he has stopped 50 of the last 52 shots (.962 SV%) that he’s faced coming into Monday. Tonight he faces a Kings team that has lost four of their last five and will be playing their third game in four nights.

Markstrom allowed five goals on 34 shots in the Canucks loss against the Islanders on Tuesday. Markstrom was finally given a breather on Thursday, so he’s expected to start on Saturday. Markstrom is riding a three-game losing skid and has a tough matchup as he goes head-to-head with Carey Price.

Allen allowed one goal on 19 shots in the Blues loss in Chicago on Wednesday. It was a solid outing for Allen, who was on the verge of losing his starting job last week. He will make his second straight start tonight in Vegas, who he stopped 31 shots against in a win on November 1st.

Allen allowed five goals on 45 shots in the Blues 5-1 loss to Minnesota on November 3rd. Chad Johnson ended up starting all three games last week, but Allen will start the first game this week. The 28-year-old has already faced the Blackhawks three times this season, going 1-0-2 with a putrid 4.34 GAA and .879 SV%.

Markstrom will make his second start in as many nights after getting the nod against the Rangers on Monday. He stopped 25 of 27 shots as the Canucks fell short by a score of 2-1. He continues to be leaned on heavily by coach Travis Green despite a lackluster .900 SV% on the season. He draws a difficult matchup tonight against a high-scoring Islanders team.

Markstrom allowed three goals on 37 shots in the Canucks loss in Buffalo on Saturday. Markstrom has gone 4-1-2 with a 3.45 GAA and .888 SV% in seven starts since Anders Nilsson got hurt. Tonight he will face a Rangers team without two of their top wingers, but Markstrom is 2-2-2 with a 3.53 GAA and .889 SV% on the road.

Pesce is listed as day-to-day with a lower-body injury that he suffered against the Red Wings on Saturday. Pesce was reportedly injured in a knee-on-knee collision, but is not expected to be sidelined long-term. With Pesce out, Trevor van Riemsdyk will draw back into the lineup on Monday.
