




Palmieri has been out of the lineup for the last three games but is expected to play in Buffalo. It's unclear where Palmieri will slot back into the lineup but if Monday's practice was any indication, he could skate on the fourth line with Casey Cizikas and Matt Martin. Ross Johnston is expected to be the healthy scratch to make room for Palmieri.


Heineman was originally a second-round pick (No.43 overall) of the Panthers but was traded to the Flames as part of the Sam Bennett trade last April. Heineman is a 20-year-old winger, who has scored 11 goals with five assists (16 points) in 36 games with Leksands IF (SHL) this season.

Semyon Varlamov landed in COVID-19 protocol on Saturday, so Schneider has been recalled to serve as Ilya Sorokin's backup on Tuesday. Schneider has gone 5-9-2 with a 3.08 GAA and .906 SV% in 16 AHL games this season.

Varlamov remains in COVID-19 protocol on Monday, so Cory Schneider has been recalled from Bridgeport (AHL). Schneider will likely backup Ilya Sorokin on Tuesday and Varlamov should be eligible to re-join the team prior to Thursday's game vs. the Bruins.




Palmieri has re-joined the team after being activated from the paternity list but it's unclear if he will play on Friday. Consider him a game-time decision.


Palmieri was placed on the non-roster paternity list and will miss Wednesday's game in Vancouver. Palmieri will re-join the team in Edmonton and is expected to be available for Friday's game.



Pulock has been out since November 15th but is expected to be back in the lineup on Tuesday. Pulock had a slow start to the season, posting just two assists in 12 games.
