Zub (lower-body) will be back in the Senators lineup on Saturday.

Zub last played on January 14th due to a lower-body injury and will draw back into the Senators' lineup Saturday as they take on Edmonton. The 27-year-old had three goals, three assists, 22 SOG, and 12 PIMs through 21 games prior to the injury.

Ridly Greig has been recalled from the Belleville Senators (AHL).

Greig was returned to Belleville (AHL) for the NHL all-star break where he had 12 goals and 11 assists through 28 games but has been recalled Thursday now that Ottawa is returning to play. The 20-year-old left winger has two assists, and a +4 plus/minus through four games with Ottawa this season.

Dennis Gilbert has been reassigned to the Calgary Wranglers (AHL).

Gilbert was recalled Monday and reassigned Tuesday from the Flames back to the Calgary Wranglers (AHL). The 26-year-old returns to the minors where he had two goals, three assists, 41 PIMs and a +11 plus/minus through 26 games with the Calgary Wranglers (AHL) prior to his previous promotion.

The Sabres have signed Dylan Cozens to a seven-year contract extension worth $49.7 million ($7.1M AAV).

Cozens has 17 goals, 26 assists, 124 SOG, 24 PIMs and a +3 plus/minus and has earned himself a seven-year contract extension worth $49.7 million ($7.1M AAV). At the young age of 21 years old, Cozens is just six points away from achieving 100 career points on his career already.

The Flames have recalled Dennis Gilbert from Calgary (AHL).

Gilbert had two goals, three assists, 41 PIMs and a +11 plus/minus through 26 games with the Calgary Wranglers (AHL) but earned his second call-up of the season Monday. The 26-year-old stay-at-home defenseman had previously had a nine-game stint with the Flames this season, where he had an assist and 20 PIMs during his short showing.

Linus Ullmark will start Wednesday vs. Toronto.

Ullmark stopped 32 of 35 shots (.914 SV%) for his second straight loss as he was downed by Carolina in his previous start. Ullmark has been the front-runner for the Vezina Trophy all season long due to his 25-4-1 record, 1.90 GAA and .936 SV%. He takes on the Toronto Maple Leafs, who have won five of their last seven games after a 5-1 victory over Washington last game and are eighth in the NHL in goals per game.

Sogaard has a 5-9-1 record, .901 SV% and 3.21 GAA in Belleville (AHL) and has been recalled for the first time this season to Ottawa. The 22-year-old previously played in two games in the NHL in 2021-22, posting a 1-1-0 record, 3.07 GAA and .889 SV%. He was a 2019 2nd-round pick (37th overall).
