Cozens played 15:15 time-on-ice in Tuesday's 3-2 win over the Columbus Blue Jackets but was absent from practice on Wednesday due to a lower-body injury. The 23-year-old Cozens has 26 points (10G / 16A) in 53 games this season and is pacing for the worst offensive production of his career since his rookie season in 2020-21 when he had 13 points (4G / 9A) as a rookie in 41 games. Cozens' status is up in the air for when the Sabres return to action on Saturday against the Nashville Predators.

Jensen has not played since January 23rd due to a lower-body injury but will return to the lineup on Tuesday against the Ottawa Senators. The 34-year-old Jensen is averaging 20:49 time-on-ice, recording 18 points (3G / 15A), 58 blocks, and 42 hits in 48 games this season.

He draws a difficult first matchup back between the pipes, as the Senators enter action on Tuesday at +150 on the money line.
