Forsberg, 23, has gone 13-8-3 with a 2.58 GAA and .907 SV% with Lake Erie and 1-3-0 with a 3.03 GAA and .907 SV% with the Blue Jackets. He is expected to split the crease with Joonas Korpisalo while Sergei Bobrovsky is sidelined.
Jensen was recalled for Monday’s game, but did not get into the lineup. He has been sent down to play with Grand Rapids over the NHL All-Star break.
Anderson stopped all 35 shots that he faced in the Senators shutout win over the Rangers on Sunday. It was Anderson’s 20th win and third shutout of the season and tonight he will wrap up the Senators pre All-Star break schedule vs. the Sabres—he made 26 saves in a 3-1 win in his first start vs. Buffalo this season.
Anderson was pulled after allowing four goals on seven shots in the Senators loss in New Jersey on Thursday. Andrew Hammond got the start on Friday, but they’ll go back to Anderson this afternoon. The 34-year-old has gone 3-4-0 with a 3.16 GAA and .896 SV% in January and 0-1-1 with a 1.93 GAA and .938 SV% vs. the Rangers this season.
Brassard missed Tuesday’s game with an illness, but practiced on Thursday and is expected to play in Carolina. Brassard has no points in he last three games but 31 points (15G / 16A) in 45 games this season.
With Sergei Bobrovsky suffering a lower-body injury on Thursday, Forsberg has been recalled from Lake Erie. Forsberg has gone 1-3-0 with a 3.03 GAA and .907 SV% with the Blue Jackets and 13-7-3 wit ha 2.56 GAA and .906 SV% with Lake Erie.
Hamonic has missed the last four games with a lower-body injury, but he will return to the lineup tonight in Ottawa. With Hamonic back in, Scott Mayfield will be a healthy scratch. Hamonic has two goals and six assists in 41 games this season.

Thursday will be his fourth consecutive start and first against the Devils this season. New Jersey is really banged up, but Anderson comes in at 9-9-1 with a 3.24 GAA and .907 SV% on the road.
Hamonic has missed the last four games with a lower-body injury, but he returned to practice on Wednesday and could return to the lineup on Friday. Monitor his status during Friday’s gameday skate.
Brassard missed Tuesday’s morning skate with an illness and head coach Alain Vigneault said he is very unlikely to play vs. the Canucks. With Brassard not expected to play, Jayson Megna will return to the Rangers lineup.
