Konecny is out indefinitely with a concussion.

Konecny was forced to leave Saturday's game against the Senators after being crushed by Mark Borowiecki in open ice. Konecny was visually shaken by the hit, left immediately and did not return to the game. On Monday, the Flyers announced that he is out indefinitely with a concussion, so expect him to miss at least one week.

Johnson is expected to miss the next three games with a lower-body injury.

Johnson suffered a lower-body injury on a hit-from-behind by former teammate Alexander Kerfoot on Saturday and will miss all three of this week's games. Kerfoot was suspended for two games for the hit and Mark Barberio is expected to replace Johnson in the lineup.

The Flyers have activated Scott Laughton (finger) from LTIR.

Laughton has been out since October 26th with a broken finger but has been medically cleared to play Saturday vs. the Flames. In order to make room for Laughton, the Flyers have sent Andy Andreoff to the AHL and placed Nolan Patrick on LTIR. Laughton had three assists and 11 shots while playing 14:19 ATOI in nine games before getting hurt.

The Flyers have placed Scott Laughton (broken finger) on LTIR.

Laughton was originally expected to miss one month with a broken finger, so his move to LTIR opens up a roster spot and provides the Flyers with some cap relief. Philadelphia brought Carsen Twarnyski back from Lehigh Valley (AHL) to take Laughton's spot on the roster.

The Stars have recalled Rhett Gardner from Texas (AHL).

Gardner nearly made the Stars roster out of training camp but injuries to Jason Dickinson (upper-body) and Blake Comeau (lower-body) has re-opened the door for him. He turned pro last year after finishing his fourth season at the University of North Dakota and recorded five points (4G / 1A) in 11 AHL games.
