Hayes left Sunday’s game with a lower-body injury and was seen post-game wearing a brace on his left leg. After undergoing an MRI this morning it was determined that he will miss 2-3 weeks, so expect Matt Puempel to draw into the lineup on Monday.

Cam Ward has started 19 games in a row, so either Nedeljkovic is up to serve as his backup or so the Hurricanes can get a look at him at the NHL level. The American born netminder has gone 5-12-0 with a 3.30 GAA and .884 SV% with Charlotte and 2-0-0 with 2.83 GAA and.921 SV% in a brief stint with the Florida Everblades (ECHL).
Letang was hurt Saturday vs. the Red Wings and will miss at least a few weeks with a lower-body injury. The Penguins moved him to IR this morning, so he has to miss at least four games, but it sounds like he will miss more time. Justin Schultz’s stock rises again with his movement to the top power play.
Beauvillier has been a healthy scratch for the last four games, but will be back in tonight in Florida. He will replace Shane Prince in the lineup and comes into play with nine points (4G / 5A) in 26 games this season.
Jarry served as the Penguins backup for the last two games, but Matt Murray (lower-body) is set to return to the lineup tonight in Washington, so Jarry heads back to the AHL, where he is 14-5-0 with a 2.14 GAA and .921 SV% this season.
Puljujarvi has been in and out of the Oilers’ lineup recently and has compiled just eight points (1G / 7A) in 28 games this season. The rookie will head to Bakersfield to tinker with his game, but don’t be surprised if you see him back in an Oilers uniform later this season.
Puljujarvi has been a healthy scratch for three of the last four games, but the only game he played in he only saw 6:36 TOI. Puljujarvi will replace Taylor Beck in the lineup and comes in with one goal and seven assists (eight points) in 24 games.
Letang suffered a lower-body injury during the Penguins’ overtime win over the Bruins on Wednesday. Letang is expected to miss at least the next five games and another injury report will likely be issued after the Christmas break.
Grzelcyk, 22, was a third round pick (85th overall) in 2012 and he could make his NHL debut tonight in Pittsburgh. Grzelcyk has one goal and 11 assists (12 points) in 25 games with Providence this season.
Acciari has been sidelined since November 7th and has been recalled after a one-game conditioning stint with Providence. Acciari has two assists in 12 games with the Bruins this season and will be in the lineup tonight vs. Toronto.
Rakell has missed the last two games, but is set to return tonight vs. the Sharks. Since signing with the Ducks following a contract holdout, Rakell has been great, scoring 10 goals with four assists (14 points) in 16 games.
Beauvillier has been a healthy scratch for the last three games, but he is expected to play on Thursday. Ryan Strome is not feeling well, so Beauviller will likely replace him in the lineup tonight. The young forward has two goals and five assists (seven points) in 18 games this season.
Rakell took part in the Ducks' morning skate but did not say whether or not he would take warmups tonight. The Ducks recalled Stefan Noesen from San Diego to presumably take Rakell's spot, but monitor his status during pre-game warmups.
Eller missed Sunday’s game with an upper-body injury that he suffered on Friday, but will be back on the Capitals’ third line vs. St. Louis. Eller had two goals in 17 games this season.
