Binnington allowed three goals on 20 shots in the Blues loss to the Stars on Saturday. It was a rare bad game for Binnington, who leads the NHL in GAA (1.68) and SV% (.933) through 19 starts and two relief appearances. Being one of the NHL’s hottest goaltenders and having a matchup with a Ducks team that has just seven wins in their last 32 games, makes Binnington one of the best options on Wednesday.
Schenn has missed the last six games with an upper-body injury but skated on the top-line in Tuesday’s practice and will play Wednesday in Anaheim. Schenn was red-hot before getting hurt, picking up 15 points (2G / 13A) in his last 14 games.
Krug missed overtime in St. Louis on Saturday but will play Tuesday vs. the Sharks. Krug has had an outstanding season, scoring six goals with 37 assists (43 points) in 51 games this season.
