No Victor Hedman (upper body) or Ryan Malone (upper body) on the ice for #tblightning practice this morning
Hedman is expected to miss a few weeks with his current upper-body injury. He scored two goals over his first 13 games this season.

Hedman has an upper-body injury, the team said, and coach Guy Boucher said the defenseman had an MRI exam, though there was no immediate word on what it revealed. The belief is Hedman, apparently hurt during Friday’s victory over the Blackhawks, could be out up to two weeks.
With Hedman out of the lineup, coach Guy Boucher was forced to dress both Bruno Gervais and Matt Gilroy. Expect another roster move to come shortly.
Victor Hedman to potentially play on the top defensive pairing with Eric Brewer. Speaking of the possibility, Hedman said “I’m up to the challenge. I’ve said before I want to be a difference maker and be a force on the ice. That’s my goal.”
Through his first two NHL seasons, Hedman posted seven goals and 49 points. In his third professional season he should be able to break through offensively. He would be a nice draft-day steal as a late round pick.
