Liljegren missed Sunday's game in Washington but is expected to play Tuesday vs. the Red Wings. Liljegren will replace Carl Dahlstrom, who was sent back to the AHL this morning.
Tavares was held out of Sunday's game for maintenance reasons but is expected to be back in the top-6 and top power-play unit on Tuesday. Tavares has picked up 17 points (6G / 11A) in his last 16 games.
Muzzin missed the last six games but will play Tuesday vs. the Red Wings. Muzzin, who has been limited to just 45 games this season, will replace Justin Holl and skate with T.J. Brodie.
Matthews missed the last three games with an undisclosed injury but will play Saturday in Florida. Matthews comes into Saturday's game sitting on 58 goals on the season and has 43 points (25G / 18A) in his last 24 games.
Matthews was a bit of a surprise scratch vs. the Islanders on Sunday and will miss his second straight game on Tuesday. Matthews skated before the Maple Leafs' morning skate and is feeling better but is still considered day-to-day.
Muzzin had something "flare-up" and it will keep him out of the back-to-back over the weekend. Justin Holl will draw back into the lineup in Ottawa.
Benoit played 15:40 TOI on Tuesday but will be a healthy scratch for the second time in three games on Thursday. Josh Mahura will replace him in the lineup.
Jarnkrok missed the last five games but will play Tuesday vs. the Kraken. Jarnkrok is expected to replace Ryan Carpenter in the lineup and should be back on a line with Dillon Dube and Blake Coleman.
Muzzin will be back in the Maple Leafs lineup for the first time since February 21st. Ilya Lyubushkin will be a healthy scratch to make room and Muzzin will skate with Justin Holl.
