This announcement comes a few hours after the Flyers labelled Myers as a game-time decision for tonight's game, which obviously isn't the case anymore. Myers should be ready for the start of the playoffs but will be replaced by Shayne Gostisbehere tonight.

Rielly will play for the first time since January 12th and will be back on the top-pair with Cody Ceci and the second power-play unit. Rielly returns with 27 points (3G / 24A) in 46 games this season.

Myers was back on the ice for Tuesday's optional morning skate after leaving Monday's practice while dealing with the aftereffects of blocking a shot on Saturday. Myers is considered a game-time decision and will be replaced by Shayne Gostisbehere if he can't play.

Carlo will miss his second straight game with an upper-body injury, leaving the Bruins without two of their top-4 defensemen with Torey Krug also out. Carlo is day-to-day heading into the Bruins Friday/Saturday back-to-back.

Carlo took an elbow to the head from Evgeni Dadonov on Thursday and did not return to the game. Carlo is likely in concussion protocol and will not be available for Saturday's game vs. Tampa Bay. John Moore will draw into the Bruins lineup and skate with Torey Krug.

Rielly has been out since January 12th with a fractured foot but is expected to be back in the lineup next week. The Maple Leafs have gone 11-7-2 in 20 games since Rielly got hurt.

It's unclear whether or not Blais is dealing with an injury or not. He stayed on late during the morning skate, suggesting he won't play vs. the Islanders. If he doesn't play, Robert Bortuzzo will suit up as a seventh defenseman.

Muzzin was forced to leave Tuesday's game after blocking a shot and it was announced on Wednesday morning that he broke his hand. Muzzin, who the battered Maple Leafs could ill afford to lose, will miss at least one month. Four weeks will cause Muzzin to miss roughly 14 games of Toronto's remaining 18 games. Calle Rosen, who was acquired at the trade deadline, has been recalled from the AHL to replace Muzzin.

Muzzin was set to become an unrestricted free agent at the end of the season but will now be with the Maple Leafs through the 2024 season. The 6-foot-3, 213 lbs. defenseman has scored five goals with 17 assists (22 points) while averaging 2.1 blocks and 2.1 hits per game in 52 games this season.

Nylander has missed the last two games with an illness but was back at practice on Monday and is expected to play tonight vs. the Coyotes. Before getting sick, Nylander had 26 points (14G / 12A) in his last 20 games.

Tavares missed Monday's practice with an illness and will be a game-time decision tonight vs. the Coyotes. Tavares is reportedly feeling much better but his status is still up in the air.

Jarnkrok has missed the last five games with an illness but will play tonight in Vancouver. Jarnkrok has often been featured in the Predators top-6 this season but will make his return on the fourth-line with Colton Sissons and Austin Watson.

Ekman-Larsson has missed the last four games with a lower-body injury but was a full participant in Sunday’s practice. Head coach Rick Tocchet listed him as a game-time decision for Monday’s game in Montreal.

Carlo missed Saturday's game due to a personal matter but will replace Jeremy Lauzon in the lineup on Sunday. Carlo has four goals and 13 assists (17 points) in 55 games this season.

Roy has appeared in eight straight games with the Golden Knights and he'll likely be in the lineup on Tuesday. This is probably just for some extra cap savings as we get closer to the NHL Trade Deadline.
