Grebyonkin has been recalled from the Toronto Marlies (AHL).

With Max Domi (lower body) placed on Injured Reserve, the Maple Leafs have recalled Grebyonkin from the Marlies (AHL). The 21-year-old Grebyonkin was a fifth-round pick of the Maple Leafs in the 2022 NHL Entry Draft. He is playing in his first professional season in North America and has 10 points (4G / 6A) in 13 games in the AHL with the Marlies.

Domi (lower-body) has been placed on IR retroactive to November 16th.

Domi will not play on Wednesday due to a lower-body injury but will be eligible to be activated from Injured Reserve before the Maple Leafs' following game on Novemeber 24th against the Utah Hockey Club. The 29-year-old Domi has struggled with the Maple Leaf this season, going without a point in 13 straight games. The Maple Leafs have recalled Nikita Grebyonkin from the Toronto Marlies (AHL).

Kampf (lower-body) has been placed on IR retroactive to November 16th.

Kampf is battling a lower-body injury and will not be eligible to return until, at earliest, November 24th against the Utah Hockey Club. Kampf has three points (0G / 3A) in 18 games with the Maple Leafs this season. In a corresponding move, the Maple Leafs recalled Fraser Minten from the Toronto Marlies (AHL).

Minten was the second-round pick, 38th overall, of the Maple Leafs in the 2020 NHL Entry Draft. The 20-year-old made his NHL debut last season, going scoreless in four games with the Maple Leafs. He has four points (2G / 2A) in five games with the Marlies (AHL) this season.

Matthews (upper-body) will be out on Wednesday vs. Vegas with his next chance to return being Sunday.

Matthews will mis a seventh straight game due to his upper-body injury. With games so few and far between for the Maple Leafs, it's possible they are just taking a cautious approach to his return to the lineup. The 27-year-old Matthews was off to a slower-than-usual start to the 2024-25 campaign but had six points (2G / 4A) in his last five games.

Jarnkrok underwent groin and sports hernia surgery and is considered month-to-month.

Jarnkrok has not played this season and will have to stay sidelined after suffering a setback in his recovery from a lower-body injury, ultimately undergoing sports hernia surgery. The 33-year-old Jarnkrok had provided a steady dose of secondary offense in two seasons with the Maple Leafs, scoring 60 points (30G / 30A) in 125 combined games, but unfortunately, he will be out for several months.

Reaves has been suspended for five games.

Reaves will be sidelined for the next five games, serving a suspension for an illegal check to the head against Darnell Nurse in Saturday's 4-3 win over the Edmonton Oilers. Reaves was issued a five-minute major penalty on the play. The 37-year-old Reaves has one point (0G / 1), 23 penalty minutes, and 44 hits in 16 games this season.

Woll will start in Washington on Wednesday.

The Maple Leafs will turn to Woll on Wednesday looking to rebound from a disappointing 3-0 defeat at the hands of the Senators on Tuesday. Woll is coming off a strong performance against the Habs on Saturday, allowing just one goal on 21 shots enroute to a 4-1 victory. The 26-year-old netminder owns a 2-2-0 record and a .905 SV% in four appearances this season. Woll and the Maple Leafs enter action in Washington as slight underdogs at +120.

Robertson will be a healthy scratch in Washington on Wednesday.

Alexander Steeves will make his season debut with the Maple Leafs on Wednesday, sending Robertson to the press box as a healthy scratch. The 23-year-old Robertson has been a regular in the lineup for the Maple Leafs this season, but has only tallied one point (1G / 0A) and 21 shots on goal while averaging 12:51 time-on-ice through 15 games.

Jani Hakanpaa will make his maple Leafs debut on Wednesday, resulting in Benoit being a healthy scratch. The 26-year-old Benoit has been a regular on the blueline for the Maple Leafs this season, averaging 15:51 time-on-ice, tallying two points (0G / 2A), 29 blocks, and 31 hits in 17 games.

The 32-year-old Hakanpaa, in his first season as a Maple Leaf, missed an extended portion of last season with the Dallas Stars due to injuries that continued into the beginning of the 2024-25 campaign. Simon Benoit will be a healthy scratch, allowing Hakanpaa to draw into the lineup.

With the Maple Leafs riding a three-game winning streak, Stolarz will return to the crease on Tuesday after having the night off in their previous game. Stolarz has been solid all season, posting a 2.00 GAA and .930 SV% in 10 games (6-2-2), but has somehow outperformed those stats in his previous three games (2-0-1), allowing only three combined goals and posting a .964 SV%. The Maple Leafs enter the action on Tuesday as -123 home favorites against an Ottawa Senators club that has scored only six goals in their past three games (1-2-0).

Benning cleared waivers on Tuesday and has been assigned to the Toronto Marlies (AHL).

Benning was acquired in a trade earlier this season that sent Timothy Liljegren to the San Jose Sharks. The 30-year-old Benning has not played a single game with the Maple Leafs since the trade and had zero points, 10 blocks, and nine hits in seven games with the Sharks.
