Carter Hart will start Tuesday on the road vs. the Rangers

Hart allowed four goals on 38 shots in the Flyers overtime loss to the Hurricanes on Saturday. It was Hart's first loss of the season, moving him to 5-0-1 with a sparkling .938 SV%. Hart will be under siege again on Tuesday when he faces a Rangers team that is fifth in the NHL in SOG/60 36.2 and third in xGF/60 (3.88).

Hart will start Thursday vs. the Panthers.

Hart was basically unbeatable his last time out stopping 31 of 32 shots in a 3-1 victory over Nashville. If the Vezina were to be presented today, Hart would have a hard time not winning it as he ranks fourth in SV% (.949) and fifth in GAA (1.75) while still yet to lose a game through four starts (4-0-0). He faces Florida at home who lost their last game 4-2 against Chicago on Tuesday and should see their fortunes change as they are 7th in SOG (34.9) but 21st in league goals (3.0).

Hill led the Golden Knights onto the ice for warmups.

Hill will get his second start of 2022-23 Thursday after stopping 31 of 33 shots in his Vegas debut in a 5-2 win over the Seattle Kraken last week. The netminder has backed up Logan Thompson for two of Vegas' three victories on the season and will be hoping to keep his .952 SV% in check when the Golden Knights host the Jets on Thursday. The Jets play their second game in as many nights after beating the Avalanche 4-3 in overtime last night.

Hart will start Tuesday in Tampa.

Carter Hart will look to keep his undefeated record intact as he leads the surprising 2-0-0 Philadelphia Flyers into Tampa Bay to take on the Lightning. Hart has made 28 or more stops in each of his victories while allowing no less than two goals. Tampa has struggled to find the net in their first three games, surpassing two goals only once so far this season in their only win.
