Lehner has gone 4-7-2 with a 2.32 GAA and .931 SV% this season and tonight he faces an Oilers team that has lost seven of their last eight games.

Pietrangelo missed nine games with a knee injury but will be back in the lineup tonight in Carolina. The Blues played well without Pietrbngelo, but they come in having lost three in a row. Lehner has caught fire recently, winning two of his last three while stopping 87 of 89 shots (.978 SV%). The loss snapped a brief two game winning streak for Lehner, who is 2-3-1 with a 2.17 GAA and .940 SV% in six starts since returning to the Sabres’ crease. Tonight he faces a hot Panthers team coming off of a loss last night and could be without star centre Aleksander Barkov.

Pietrangelo suffered a knee injury in the Blues win over the Wild on Saturday. He was hurt on a knee-on-knee collision with Charlie Coyle and will miss at leas three weeks. He will be reevaluated at that time and provide an update on his status.
