T.J. Oshie will likely return to the Capitals' lineup Wednesday vs. Philadelphia (lower body).

Oshie has missed the previous 11 games with a lower-body injury and all signs are pointing to him returning to the lineup Wednesday vs. Philadelphia. The 15-year-veteran has been having a decent start to his season prior to the injury, picking up two goals and five points along with six PIMs and 12 SOG through nine games.

Chychrun (wrist) is expected to make his season debut on Monday.

Chychrun is coming off wrist surgery in the offseason and missed the first 16 games of the season. Despite wanting to be traded out of Arizona, Chychrun is expected to suit up Monday vs. the Predators. It's unclear how many minutes he will play in his season debut but he figures to serve a role on the power-play and is coming off of 21 points (7G / 14A) in 47 games a season ago.

Lindgren will start Thursday in St. Louis.

Lindgren was great in relief his last time out, stopping 24 of 25 shots (.960 SV%) as he took no decision due to Darcy Kuemper struggling in the loss. The Capitals' backup has enjoyed a strong start to his Washington tenure, posting a 2-1-1 record with a .915 SV% and 2.98 GAA. He takes on the red-hot St. Louis Blues, who find themselves on a four-game winning streak after their 5-2 victory Wednesday over Chicago.

Thompson was the first goalie off of the ice at the Golden Knights morning skate.

Thompson stopped 24 of 27 shots (.889 SV%) in a losing effort his last time out vs. San Jose. The Calder Trophy frontrunner has an 8-3-0 record with two shutouts and a .922 SV%. He draws one of the best options of the night as he takes on Arizona who ranks last in the NHL in SOG per game (23.9) and 27th in goals per game (2.67).

He takes on the San Jose Sharks who have won two straight but rank 25th in the NHL in goals per game (2.71).

Thompson stopped 31 of 35 shots (.886 SV%) his last time out vs. Buffalo to pick up his sixth straight victory. The 25-year-old rookie has been incredible so far this season, posting an 8-2-0 record along with a 2.32 GAA and .925 SV%. He takes on the San Jose Sharks who have won two straight but rank 25th in the NHL in goals per game (2.71).

Brandon Duhaime will draw back into the Minnesota Wild lineup Tuesday.

Duhaime has not played since Nov. 1 due to being a healthy scratch but will draw back into the Wild's lineup Tuesday as they take on the Nashville Predators. The 25-year-old bruiser has been solid in his first ten games, picking up two goals and three points while also having 18 SOG and 14 PIMs while averaging only 9:01 ATOI.

John Carlson is no longer listed on the injured reserve (lower body).

Carlson has not played since leaving early in a game vs. Nashville on October 29th. The Capitals' star defenseman has two goals and six points in his first nine games with the team while putting up a -2 plus/minus with 27 SOG. He will be a game-time decision Friday but will make a massive addition to the lineup if he is able to go after warm-ups.

Carlson has not played since leaving early in a game vs. Nashville on October 29th. The Capitals' star defenseman has two goals and six points in his first nine games with the team while putting up a -2 plus/minus with 27 SOG. He has been making a strong Calder Trophy push this season with his 7-2-0 record, .930 SV% and .212 GAA. He's taking not he Buffalo Sabres, who have lost their last three games but rank 2nd in the NHL in goals for per game (3.85).

Lindgren has been solid this season, posting a .919 SV%, but has allowed three goals in all three starts. On Monday, he should be left on the waiver wire with a matchup vs. the Oilers and the Capitals without John Carlson Dmitry Orlov.
