Turcotte missed two games while in COVID-19 protocol but was on the ice for Sunday's practice and is expected to be back in the Kings lineup on Monday. Turcotte, is still looking for his first career NHL point, will centre the third line with Dustin Brown and Rasmus Kupari/Martin Frk on his wings.

Turcotte and Alex Iafallo entered COVID-19 protocol on Monday, leading to Rasmus Kupari replacing him as the Kings' No.3 centre in Wednesday's practice. Expect Turcotte to miss one or two games and could return to the AHL upon being activated.

Turcotte was the No.5 overall pick in 2019 and is set to make his NHL debut vs. the Golden Knights on Tuesday. Turcotte, who has scored six goals with 15 assists (21 points) in 32 AHL games this season, entered the second line with Trevor Moore and Viktor Arvidsson in Monday's practice.

Turcotte was the No.5 overall pick in this summer's draft and scored nine goals with 17 assists (26 points) in 29 games in his first season at the University of Wisconsin. His .897 points-per-game ranked second on the team and sixth among college freshmen nationwide.
