Anton Khudobin News
Khudobin is practicing in the Hurricanes "starter's net" this morning.

Khudobin stopped 31 of 32 shots in a 2-1 win over the Predators on Sunday. He was scheduled to start on Tuesday but the game was postponed, so it would be no surprise to see him go tonight. He has won all three starts with a 1.99 GAA and .947 SV% since returning from an ankle injury on January 2. He appears to have the keys to the 'Canes crease and is a good waiver wire addition for teams in need of goaltending.

Khudobin continues off-ice work. May get back to practice in another week or so Muller says.

Khudobin was originally expected to be back before Cam Ward, but Ward has resumed skating and Khudobin has not. He would have had a chance to be the Hurricanes number-1 for a shot period of time, but he remains week-to-week and will be Ward's backup when he returns.
