Bell never held any fantasy hockey value and will be replaced on the third pairing with Jeff Woywitka.

The Rangers have agreed to terms with free agent defenseman Brendan Bell, who played in the Swiss A-League last season after appearing in 101 NHL games with the Senators, Coyotes and Maple Leafs. Bell, 28, has also played in the KHL.
