The 30-year-old defenseman has zero points across three games in the playoffs but is a -3 plus/minus with four SOG.


Miller will head to the press box for the first time this season as a healthy scratch Thursday vs. Florida. He has been solid so far this season, with a goal and two points with a +7 plus/minus through 16 games played.


Miller is returning from an injury and the Sabres don't want him playing on back-to-back nights, so Robert Hagg will draw back into the lineup.

Miller was scratched on Sunday but will most likely replace Matt Irwin in the lineup in New York. Miller has two goals and three assists (five points) in 18 games this season.

Miller will get a rare night off tonight in Winnipeg with Lawrence Pilut replacing him on the Sabres' blueline. Miller has been held pointless with a minus-6 rating in his last six games.
