Marody was recalled on Monday after scoring two goals with four assists (six points) in his first five games with Bakersfield (AHL). The 21-year-old brings some additional offence to the Oilers’ bottom-6 that is devoid of talented wingers.

Marody, 21, was a sixth round pick of the Flyers in 2015 and just wrapped up his junior year at the University of Michigan. Marody led Michigan in points, picking up 14 goals and 32 assists (46 points) in 37 games.
