With the Devils assigning Seamus Casey to the Utica Comets (AHL), Misyul has been recalled and could get his first taste of NHL action. The 24-year-old Misyul was the 70th overall pick of the Devils in 2019 NHL Entry Draft. The Devils have recalled Misyul from the Utica Comets of the AHL in correspondence to Cal Foote taking an indefinite leave of absence. In his first professional season in North America, Misyul has 11 points (3G / 8A) in 30 games with Utica.

The Devils picked Misyul in the third round (No.70 overall) of the 2019 NHL Draft. The 22-year-old defenseman has spent the last five seasons with Yaroslavl Lokomotiv (KHL), finishing 2023 with seven assists in 59 games.
