Boyce has four goals and 10 points while with the Marlies. He is certainly serviceable enough to fill in on the third or fourth line.

Defencemen Keith Aulie and Matt Lashoff and forwards Darryl Boyce, Joey Crabb and Mike Zigomanis were all dropped from the Leafs roster on Monday as GM Brian Burke got his team down to the 23-man roster. Lashoff, Boyce and Crabb are on waivers in order to go to the minors.

The Leafs centre proved that again today, and not solely by returning to practice with a broken nose after taking a dangerous hit into the end boards Wednesday in Philadelphia.
Boyce won't miss any time due to another broken nose. The gritty forward earned a spot last season with five goals and 13 points over 46 games. He likely holds very little fantasy value unless he increases his PIM dramatically.
